The Butt Hutt Smokehouse food truck was founded on a love of flavor. Started in Jacksonville, FL, in 2011, we’ve been delivering quality Florida-style BBQ flavor ever since. We use a low and slow BBQ method, then put our own Florida flavor into the mix with our signature spices and sauces.
Try Our Food
We rotate our menu items based on availability and freshness, so you’ll always get top-notch flavor. Any time you visit us, we’ll have specialty BBQ meats and classic Butt Hutt Smokehouse sides. Try our smoked beef brisket, pulled pork, spicy sausage, grilled or jerk chicken with one of our signature sauces:
