All pre-paid events are subject to a TRAVEL FEE of $4.50/mile outside of a 20 miles radius of 32210. **$25 per day late fee applies to all balances unpaid. This fee will be applied by 5pm the following day after service is rendered. Each additional day the balance is not paid the balance will accrue $25/day
Standard Event Starting Hours: 11AM-10PM (arrival/set up: approximately 1 hour prior to event) Other times available by request for additional fee.
Does The Butt Hutt Smokehouse serve weddings? other events?
Absolutely, we love bringing The Florida BBQ experience to such special events!
We also cater Birthdays, Office Lunches, Meetings, Churches or any other Special Event.
Is there a service charge? Should I pay an additional gratuity?
There is a 20% service fee added to all catered events. Gratuity is not added and is up to the customer to add or not.

Is there a minimum to bring The Butt Hutt Smokehouse to my event?
Yes, our minimum fee to bring The Butt Hutt Smokehouse to your event starts at $1200 and increases from there depending on menu choices, date, time and amount of people. Minimum fee covers 2.5 hours of service and feeds up to 60 guests. Additional time may be purchased at a rate of $100/hr.
Do I need to provide a permit for The Butt Hutt Smokehouse to serve at my event?
If you are located in Duval/Clay/St.Johns/St.Augustine, you will not need to obtain a permit to serve your guest for catered event if we are parked on private property.
The price quotes have gone up since the last time we talked, can you honor the old prices?
Unfortunately, unless a contract is signed, with the old prices, by both The Butt Hutt Smokehouse and the client we must adhere to our current prices.
How far in advance should I book The Butt Hutt Smokehouse event?
We cannot always guarantee open time slots, so the sooner you book the quicker you can secure the date. Please fill out our Event Info Form so we can save a spot for you and contact you to discuss.
I have filled out the Event Info Form, does this mean I have booked the event? If not, how can I?
Unfortunately not; it is just a request. In order to secure your event you would need to sign The Butt Hutt Smokehouse Contract and pay the 50% deposit.
When is the total due?
Deposit of 50% is due to secure your price, date, time.
The balance is due before or on the day of your event and can be paid by cash, check or credit card.
Is the Deposit refundable?
The Butt Hutt Smokehouse requires a 50% deposit to secure any event.
Guaranteed Parking: Client must verify that we are allowed to park at the event location site. The Butt Hutt Smokehouse cannot drive up hills with a 15% grade or higher.

ALL TREE LIMBS, GATES, OVER HANGS, ETC. MUST MEET THESE DIMENSIONS FOR US TO PARK SAFELY.
A $300 fee will be added to any event that requires The Butt Hutt Smokehouse to drive on a dirt or unpaved road.
**$25 per day late fee applies to all balances unpaid. This fee will be applied by 5pm the following day after service is rendered.
